Key Responsibilities: Lead the Electronics Maintenance function to ensure high equipment reliability and minimum production downtime. Plan and execute preventive & breakdown maintenance activities. Monitor maintenance KPIs including machine downtime, MTBF, MTTR and equipment reliability. Troubleshoot and maintain AC/DC drives, VFDs, servo drives, power supplies, temperature controllers, electronic control circuits, PLCs, HMIs and other automation systems. Ensure reliable operation, calibration, and maintenance of process instrumentation, sensors, encoders, load cells and control systems. Manage spares. Maintenance documentation. Monitor AMC contracts. Installation and commissioning of new machines. Drive continuous improvement through automation,



reconditioning and productivity initiatives. Ensure safe maintenance practices and compliance with statutory and ISO/IATF standards. Qualification: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Tele Communication Engineering. Experience: Minimum 8 to 12 years in electronics manufacturing company, preferably in capacitor, power electronics, electrical or electronics component industries.
