Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves spearheading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the solutions meet the desired requirements. The engineer acts as the central liaison, facilitating communication and collaboration across teams to drive the project forward efficiently and effectively. Problem-solving and decision-making are integral parts of the daily routine, ensuring that the applications are robust and aligned with business goals.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project objectives and deliverables.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Strong knowledge of component-based architecture and modern web development frameworks.
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 for building responsive user interfaces.
- Familiarity with Salesforce platform features, including Apex programming and Salesforce data models.
- Ability to integrate Lightning Web Components with backend services and APIs.
- Understanding of version control systems and cooperative development workflows.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.

- This position is based at our HDC3C - SEZ location.
