Key Responsibilities
- Supervise security guards and manage daily security operations.
- Monitor entry/exit of employees, visitors, vehicles, and materials.
- Manage security shifts, attendance, and deployment.
- Monitor CCTV and maintain security records/registers.
- Conduct regular security rounds and ensure access control.
- Handle emergencies, incidents, and security-related issues.
- Coordinate with HR, Administration, EHS, and other departments.
- Maintain discipline and ensure compliance with company security procedures.
