Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and minimize downtime.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate system processes and recommend improvements to optimize performance and reliability.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Sybase Database Administration (DBA).
- Experience in database performance tuning, backup and recovery strategies, and database security management.
- Strong knowledge of database architecture, installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex database issues and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with database monitoring tools and scripting for automation of routine tasks.

- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Sybase Database Administration (DBA).
