We are seeking an experienced Civil & Structural Lead Engineer to lead and manage civil and structural engineering activities for Oil & Gas, Industrial and EPC projects. The role involves overseeing engineering design, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with project specifications and applicable codes, and delivering quality engineering outputs within project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage Civil & Structural engineering activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review and approve civil and structural design deliverables, calculations, drawings, specifications and technical documents.
- Prepare and review design basis, engineering calculations, material specifications and technical requisitions.
- Coordinate with Process, Piping, Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation disciplines to ensure effective engineering integration.
- Ensure designs comply with project requirements, international codes, standards and applicable industry practices.
- Review and provide technical guidance on structural analysis and design of steel and concrete structures.
- Handle engineering activities related to foundations, pipe racks, equipment structures, buildings and other industrial facilities.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants,



vendors and internal project teams on technical matters.
- Review vendor documents and provide technical clarifications as required.
- Monitor engineering schedules, deliverables and resource requirements to ensure timely project execution.
- Identify technical issues and provide appropriate engineering solutions.
- Mentor and guide Civil & Structural Engineers and Designers within the team.
- Support project management in engineering planning, progress monitoring and quality control.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Civil & Structural Engineering.
- Proven experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Industrial or EPC projects.
- Valuable knowledge of structural steel and reinforced concrete design.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in leading Civil & Structural teams for EPC projects.
- Strong leadership, coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multidisciplinary coordination and lead engineering teams effectively.
- Experience with international Oil & Gas project standards and client specifications.
- Knowledge of engineering deliverable management and project execution procedures.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
