Position Summary
Own the complete application development lifecycle using AI-assisted development platforms such as Replit, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Windsurf, Bolt, Lovable and similar tools—from requirements through deployment and support.

Key Responsibilities
· Understand business requirements and prepare Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS).
· Develop end-to-end business applications using AI-assisted development tools.
· Design and develop user interfaces, business logic, APIs, and system integrations.
· Prepare and execute unit, functional, and integration test cases using sample data.
· Validate application workflows, business rules, calculations, and system integrations.
· Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects to ensure application readiness for User Acceptance Testing
· Support UAT by addressing user feedback, implementing approved changes, and preparing the application for production deployment.




· Deploy applications to test and production environments and provide post-go-live support.
· Prepare and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, deployment guides, and knowledge transfer documents.
· Continuously enhance applications based on user feedback, business needs, and technological advancements.

Required Skills
· AI-assisted development tools, SDLC, web technologies, databases, APIs, Git.
· Requirement gathering, business analysis and documentation.
· Solid ownership, communication and problem-solving.

Qualification & Experience
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT/Engineering or related field.
· 2–3 years of application development experience.
· Exposure to Agile and AI-assisted development preferred.

Key Deliverables
· Approved FRS and documentation.
· Fully tested applications.
· Successful UAT and production deployments.
· User manuals and post-go-live support.
