Job Description:
We are seeking a Technical Lead with a strong focus on Performance
Engineering (PE) over Performance Testing (PT). The candidate should be
a problem solver with out-of-the-box thinking and solid analytical
skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Engineering: Lead end-to-end performance testing and
engineering activities for single or multiple projects. Identify,
analyse, and fix performance issues.
- Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with LoadRunner web-services
and web protocols. Familiarity with other load and automation tools will
be beneficial.
- Systems Analysis: Analyse various system components including
Load-balancer, WebServer, AppServer, MS-SQL & Oracle Database.
Experience with NewRelic, WCF WebService, Kubernetes, and SiteCore CMS.
- Problem Solving: Ability to solve problems rather than stating them.
Log analysis skills are essential.
- Team Collaboration: Build rapport with stakeholders and influence
decisions in team meetings. Mentor team members with technical skills
and contribute to the team
