Senior Full Stack Software Architect – React & Node.js

Experience: 8–12 Years
Location: Bangalore – onsite
Employment Type: 6-Month Contract

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Software Architect – React & Node.js to define and drive the architectural vision for the SPARKai platform by SPARK Radiology, an InnovXcare brand.

The Software Architect will work closely with the CTO, Product Management, Program Management, and Engineering Leadership to translate business and product strategies into scalable, secure, high-performance, and reliable technical solutions.

This role requires a combination of hands-on technical expertise, architectural leadership, strategic thinking, mentorship, and strong execution skills.

✔Key Responsibilities

1. Architecture Ownership

- Partner with the CTO to define and execute the long-term technology roadmap.
- Design highly scalable, modular, secure, and cloud-native solutions.
- Lead architecture and system-design sessions covering:
- System modelling
- Service decomposition
- API strategy
- Data-flow design

2. Technical Leadership & Mentorship

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers on design and implementation decisions.
- Conduct architecture reviews, design reviews, code reviews, and architecture audits.

✔Required Technical Skills

Frontend & Mobile

- Strong expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript.




- Hands-on experience with React and Redux Toolkit (RTK).
- Experience with React Native, Firebase, and Google Analytics.
- Strong knowledge of:
- HTML5
- CSS3
- SCSS
- TailwindCSS

⚡Backend & Services Architecture

- Strong proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, and Hapi.js.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture.
- PostgreSQL
- Redis
- Strong understanding of:
- Object-Oriented Design
- UML
- System Modelling
- Architectural Documentation

Testing & Engineering Practices

- Strong experience with TDD and BDD.
- Hands-on experience with testing frameworks/tools such as:
- Jest
- Mocha
- Jasmine
- Karma
- Playwright
- End-to-End Testing frameworks

Cloud & DevOps

- Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with container orchestration.
- Experience designing and implementing cloud-native architectures.
- Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure.
