- Lead end-to-end automotive parts programs with financial and timeline accountability
- Ensure compliance with customer specs, feasibility studies, and internal standards
- Manage cross-functional teams and customer-supplier interfaces
- Oversee documentation, D-FMEA, DVP, design reviews, and handover to production
Role Responsibilities
- Track project costs, timelines, risks, and deliverables
- Conduct milestone approvals and manage project databases (PLM/3DEx)
- Coordinate supplier evaluations, tooling layout, and cost optimization reviews
- Drive technical decisions, mentor teams, and ensure IATF and ISO compliance
