Configure and troubleshoot BGP route-maps, prefix-lists, community attributes, and path selection mechanisms.
Analyze routing behaviors and optimize network traffic flow to achieve business and operational objectives.
Manage and support Cisco Nexus platforms in data center environments.
Configure and troubleshoot VPC, VXLAN, VLANs, and Layer 2 switching technologies.
Implement and maintain network segmentation solutions to ensure security, scalability, and performance.
Configure and support VPN, VRF, and IPsec technologies for secure connectivity across enterprise networks.
Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco ISR and ASR router platforms.
Perform route redistribution between multiple routing protocols while ensuring optimal routing convergence.
Implement route filtration and traffic engineering policies to control network traffic paths and improve performance.
Configure, support, and troubleshoot Cisco Catalyst switching environments.
Manage Cisco DNA Center for network automation, monitoring, and operational efficiency.
Support and maintain SD-WAN infrastructure, ensuring reliable WAN connectivity and application performance.
Monitor network health, identify performance bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues before service impact occurs.
Perform fault localization and advanced troubleshooting across LAN, WAN, Data Center, and SD-WAN environments.




Investigate network outages and service degradations to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Review and validate Cisco configuration scripts before implementation to ensure compliance with standards and best practices.
Perform comprehensive pre-change and post-change verification checks during network implementations.
Develop and document rollback procedures to minimize risk during planned network changes.
Assess the network-wide impact of configuration changes on availability, convergence, security, and segmentation.
Ensure all network changes follow organizational change management and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues.
Lead critical incident support activities and provide expert-level technical guidance during major outages.
Perform detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and prepare technical reports for recurring incidents.
Recommend and implement network improvements to enhance reliability, security, and operational efficiency.
Create and maintain network diagrams, technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on routing, switching, and network troubleshooting activities.
Participate in project deployments, network upgrades, migrations, and technology refresh initiatives.
Ensure high network availability, uptime, and performance for business-critical services.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for network optimization and automation.
Maintain robust adherence to networking best practices, industry standards, and security requirements.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable networking solutions.
