Job DescriptionRole Summary
NWe are looking for an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior leadership. The role requires excellent communication, calendar and meeting management, strong attention to detail, discretion in handling confidential information, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
NThe ideal candidate should be proactive, resourceful, qualified, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment.

- Provide end-to-end administrative and executive support to senior leadership. N
- Manage complex calendars, appointments, meetings, and schedules. N
- Coordinate internal andexternal meetings, including agenda preparation, meeting rooms, participants, and logistics. N
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, minutes of meetings, and follow-up trackers. N
- Track action items and ensure timely closure of commitments across stakeholders. N




- Coordinate domestic andinternational travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries. N
- Prepare and maintain travel expense reports and supporting documentation. N
- Handle confidential documents, correspondence, business information, and leadership communications with a high degree of discretion. N
- Draft, format, proofread, and circulate emails, reports, presentations, and other business documents. N
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, presentations, and executive summaries as required. N
- Coordinate with business leaders, HR, Finance, Facilities, IT, clients, vendors, and other functions. N
- Support leadership reviews, town halls, business meetings, workshops, and other corporate events. N
- Maintain accurate records, trackers, contact databases, and important documentation. N
