We’re hiring a DevOps Support and QA Engineer to help support and strengthen our SaaS platform. This is a hands-on role with equal focus on DevOps support and quality assurance, helping ensure our product is stable, reliable, and built around real customer needs.




As our platform grows, this role has the potential to evolve into leading the product support division. Success in this role requires a solid customer-first mindset, a deep sense of ownership, and a genuine obsession with helping customers solve business problems.
This is not QA for QA’s sake. We want someone who tests through the lens of the customer, understands how the product is used in the real world, and helps make sure every release delivers value.

What You’ll Do
Support CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and release workflows
Help manage development, staging, testing, and production environments
Monitor logs, alerts, and system health, and help troubleshoot issues
Support release validation, smoke testing, and deployment checks
Improve automation, configuration, and operational processes
Test new features, bug fixes, and releases
Write and maintain test cases, regression tests, and QA documentat
