Summary:

As an Agent-Based Simulation Engineer, you will be part of our niche team, helping clients transform their operations through intelligent simulation, Digital Twins, AI, and data-driven decision-making. You will develop Agent-Based Simulation (ABS) models that represent complex systems involving autonomous entities, human behavior, and operational processes across manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, healthcare, energy, and other industries. You will work within cross-functional teams of simulation engineers, solution architects, AI specialists,



and business consultants to deliver innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency, resilience, and business outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop Agent-Based, Discrete Event, and hybrid simulation models to address business and operational challenges.
Translate client requirements and business processes into simulation solutions and experimental scenarios.
Perform model verification, validation, calibration, and sensitivity analysis to ensure accuracy.
Analyze simulation outputs and provide actionable insights to business and project stakeholders.
Collaborate with engineering, analytics, AI, and business teams to deliver simulation and Digital Twin solutions.
Follow Agile methodologies, engineering standards, and quality assurance practices throughout delivery.
Create reusable simulation assets, technical documentation, and knowledge management artifacts.
