Description

We are looking for a Lead Software Developer with strong hands-on experience in Python, React/Svelte, cloud-native applications, APIs, and microservices to develop scalable software solutions for engineering-focused applications.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Engineering/EPC domains and a strong understanding of up-to-date software development, cloud technologies, CI/CD, and AI-enabled applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Python and React/Svelte.
Develop REST APIs and microservices using FastAPI/Django/Flask.
Implement efficient, maintainable, and reusable software components.
Work with databases including PostgreSQL, SQL, and NoSQL.
Develop engineering automation, validation, and data-processing solutions.
Integrate applications with CAD/engineering systems and external services.
Implement cloud-native solutions using Azure/GCP.
Work with Docker, Kubernetes/Cloud Run, and CI/CD pipelines.
Write unit/integration tests and participate in code reviews.
Troubleshoot performance, reliability,



and production issues.
Collaborate with Architects, Tech Leads, QA, DevOps, Product Owners, and Engineering SMEs.
Contribute to AI-enabled applications using LLMs, AI APIs, prompt engineering, and automation frameworks.
Participate in Agile/Scrum development and contribute to technical design and estimation.

Engineering Domain Experience

Experience in one or more of the following is preferred:

Engineering / EPC
CAD/BIM applications
AutoCAD / Civil 3D
DWG/DXF processing
Engineering calculations and validation
Engineering automation and quality-control tools
Geometry/spatial data processing

Experience with AutoCAD APIs, GIS, PostGIS, GeoPandas, Shapely, or engineering software integration is a strong advantage.

Required Skills

8–10 years of software development experience.
Strong hands-on Python development.
FastAPI / Django / Flask.
React and/or Svelte.
REST APIs and microservice
