Role Description This is a full-time remote Data Entry role responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information in digital systems and databases. The role includes reviewing source documents, verifying data for accuracy and completeness, and correcting any inconsistencies. The Data Entry team member will organize records, manage spreadsheets, and assist with preparing basic reports and documentation. Daily tasks may also involve responding to internal queries, supporting administrative processes,



and coordinating with team members via email and other communication tools to ensure timely completion of assigned work.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Typing skills and a high level of Computer Literacy for efficient data entry and use of office software.
Candidates should possess clear Communication abilities, including reading, writing, and following instructions accurately.
Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle internal or external queries politely and professionally when required.
Candidates should possess Administrative Assistance capabilities, such as document organization, record keeping, and basic reporting.
Candidates should ideally have attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in data entry or administrative roles is an advantage.
