About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with robust hands-on understanding of PHP-based web applications, Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle.
The ideal candidate should be able to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical teams, manage projects end-to-end, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.





Key Responsibilities
Manage software projects from requirements gathering and planning through development, testing, deployment and delivery.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA engineers and business stakeholders.
Act as Scrum Master and facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
Create and manage project plans, roadmaps, sprints, milestones, priorities and deliverables.
Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications and actionable tasks.
Manage Product Backlog, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria and Sprint Backlog.
Identify project risks, dependencies and bottlenecks and ensure timely resolution.
Track project progress, scope, timelines, resources and budgets and provide regular status updates to management.
