We are looking for an experienced Java Tech Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performance software solutions. This role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership, requiring solid expertise in Java, ReactJS, Apache Kafka, Jenkins, and MongoDB.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for making key technical decisions, guiding engineering teams, designing robust application architectures, and ensuring high-quality delivery. You will work closely with product managers, architects, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into reliable and scalable technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable applications using Java and Spring-based technologies.
Design and develop robust microservices, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems.




Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineers throughout the development lifecycle.
Drive architecture and design discussions, evaluating technical approaches and selecting appropriate solutions.
Develop and maintain event-driven solutions using Apache Kafka, including producers, consumers, topics, and messaging patterns.
Design and optimize data models, queries, and integrations using MongoDB and other database technologies.
Contribute to frontend development using ReactJS where required.
Conduct detailed code reviews and enforce coding standards, design principles, and engineering best practices.
Design and maintain Jenkins CI/CD pipelines to improve build, testing, and deployment processes.
Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
Collaborate with Product, Architecture, QA, DevOps, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
