SQL Server Production Support Engineer (SQL Server + SSIS)

nWe are looking for a strong SQL Server & SSIS professional with hands-on L1, L2, and L3 Production Support experience. This role is primarily focused on supporting critical production applications and ETL processes, with a mix of development and enhancement activities.

nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Provide L1/L2/L3 support for SQL Server databases and SSIS applications.n
- Troubleshoot production incidents, ETL failures, data load issues, and performance bottlenecks.n
- Analyze and resolve SQL query, stored procedure, function, trigger, and database-related issues.n
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.n
- Monitor SQL Server jobs, ETL processes, and production environments.n
- Coordinate with business and technical teams to resolve issues within SLA timelines.n
- Support deployments, releases,



and post-release validations.n
- Enhance and optimize existing SQL code and SSIS packages.n
