Role Description The Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Engineer will design, develop,



and deploy AI and ML models that address complex business problems for Naveera’s enterprise clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting and preparing data, building and training models, evaluating performance, and optimizing algorithms for scalability and reliability. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems, support application modernization initiatives, and ensure that models are secure, explainable, and aligned with business outcomes. The role also involves documenting solutions, participating in code reviews, and staying current with industry trends in AI, GenAI, and data engineering. This is a full time, on-site role based in Madurai.
