Role Overview
Lockene Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Product Compliance & Regulatory Affairs Executive to manage product certification and regulatory compliance projects, with a strong focus on BIS-related requirements.

The role involves technical documentation, certification applications, testing-lab coordination, factory-audit support, client communication, regulatory tracking, and resolving certification queries.

Key Responsibilities
*Manage end-to-end product certification and regulatory compliance assignments.

*Prepare and verify technical documentation, including CCL, plant layouts and manufacturing flowcharts.

*Prepare and coordinate certification applications and submissions, including Manak Online where applicable.

*Identify applicable Indian Standards (IS), certification schemes and regulatory requirements.

*Coordinate with recognised testing laboratories for samples,



testing schedules and reports.

*Review test reports and technical documents before submission.

*Coordinate between clients, manufacturers, AIRs, certification bodies and government departments.

*Coordinate factory audits/inspections and guide clients on compliance requirements.

*Track applications, queries, discrepancy notices, renewals and model/variety additions.

*Monitor QCOs, Indian Standards and regulatory notifications and proactively identify upcoming requirements.

*Identify documentation/process gaps and provide practical solutions.

*Maintain project trackers, timelines, records and client/management updates.

*Prepare project scope and budgetary information when required.

*Handle client communication through email, calls and other channels.

Candidate Profile & Requirements
• Education: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
