Full Stack Java Dev Lead

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and deployment of payment applications using Spring Boot, Angular, and Microservices Architecture.
Design secure REST APIs and event-driven solutions.
Collaborate with business, product, architecture, and operations teams to deliver payment transformation initiatives.
Drive code reviews, technical mentoring, and adherence to engineering best practices.
Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and high availability.
Support CI/CD, cloud deployments, and DevOps practices.
Required Skills
10+ years of hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular, TypeScript, and REST APIs.
Experience with Payments Domain — ACH, Wire, SWIFT, RTP, ISO 20022, Card Payments, and Merchant Payments.
Expertise in Oracle/PostgreSQL, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and Jenkins.
Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and Agile delivery methodologies.
Robust understanding of payment security, compliance, and transaction processing.
