About the Role
We're looking for a business systems developer with a solid coding background and a good understanding of ERP and manufacturing processes. You'll work with our plant and business teams to understand how things actually run and translate that into working systems—using contemporary AI-assisted development tools (like Claude) as your primary build partner.

What You'll Do
- Understand real business and plant processes by working directly with stakeholders
- Design and build internal systems: ERP integrations, inventory and costing tools, shop floor and sales applications
- Use AI coding tools (Claude or similar) to build efficiently—prompting effectively and reviewing output critically
- Integrate with our existing stack,



including SAP Business One, ERPNext, Supabase, and Flutter
- Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

What We're Looking For
- Solid coding background—able to build, read, and review code across a modern stack
- Experience with ERP and manufacturing/process-industry systems
- Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP B1, ERPNext, or Odoo
- Experience integrating with or customizing SAP Business One (Service Layer, DI API, or similar)
- Strong communication skills for working with non-technical stakeholders
- Plus: experience using AI-assisted development tools (Claude, Copilot, Cursor, etc.)
