? We’re Hiring – Quality & EHS Manager
Electrovast Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and energetic Quality & EHS Manager to lead our Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety initiatives across our manufacturing operations.

? Key Responsibilities
Quality Management




Lead and maintain QMS & EHS Management Systems.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001.
Develop and monitor Quality Control Plans, ITPs, SOPs, Work Instructions & Check Sheets.
Drive quality control across incoming inspection, fabrication, busbar processing, wiring, assembly, testing and final inspection.
Ensure LT/HT panels meet IEC 62271-200, IEC 61439, approved drawings and customer requirements.
Lead FAT, routine testing and final inspection.
Manage NCR, CAPA, customer complaints and Root Cause Analysis using 5 Why, Fishbone & 8D.
Conduct internal, process, product and supplier audits and ensure timely closure of findings.
Monitor quality KPIs including rejection, rework, customer complaints and first-pass yield.
EHS Management
Implement EHS policies and safe working practices across manufacturing, testing, stores and maintenance.
