Skills: OWA; Outlook desktop client troubleshooting; HAR analysis; KQL and Telemetry Analysis




Hands on experience needed in KQL (Kusto Query Language) and telemetry analysis
HAR trace analysis
Copilot/AI-driven investigations
Proficient in M365 toolset, OWA, Outlook Client, General troubleshooting skills
Excellent understanding of Exchange Server
Experienced with Windows Exchange Enterprise Architecture.
Solid troubleshooting skills, including process dump, network trace, and log analysis
Experience of handling major incident management
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Added advantage if has an experience in AZURE Kusto, PowerShell Scripts, MS Azure, Power Automate & Power Apps.
