We're building ML-powered, data-driven omnichannel communication products for the BFSI sector — smart engagement engines, collections tools, loan lifecycle platforms. What you'll do:
Build and scale full-stack features across MEAN/MERN (MongoDB, Express, Angular/React, Node.js)
Write Python for scripting, automation, and integration with our ML pipelines
Work across PostgreSQL and vector databases for structured and AI-driven data needs
Design for scale — handle growing traffic, data, and system load as we expand
Own deployments and infra on AWS; build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
Work directly with founders and the core team — no layers, no bureaucracy
Own features end-to-end, from a Slack message to production




Debug live issues under real startup pressure — we move fast and fix fast
What we're looking for:
Minimum 4 - 5 years of hands-on experience with MEAN or MERN stack
Working proficiency in Python (scripting/automation; ML exposure a plus)
Experience with PostgreSQL and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector, or similar)
Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, or similar)
Experience setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines
Experience scaling applications/systems for growing load
Robust coding fundamentals — comfortable with whiteboard/live coding problem-solving
Experience on ML/AI projects will be a strong plus
Comfortable in ambiguous, fast-changing environments; startup mindset
Available to join within 15 days
