Role Description

The Program Advisor is a full time on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for guiding prospective students through academic programs and opportunities at Athena School of Management. The role involves meeting with students individually and in groups to provide program information, clarify curriculum options,



and support them in making informed admissions and career decisions.

Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, conducting information sessions, assisting with admissions-related counseling and driving admissions. The Advisor also supports events such as orientation programs, workshops, and guest lectures to enhance the overall applicant experience.

Qualifications

Demonstrated skills in admissions advising, student counseling, or educational program guidance, with the ability to support diverse learner needs.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with prospective students, parents, leads and external stakeholders.
Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple inquiries, maintain records, and coordinate program-related activities.
Ability to work collaboratively within academic and administrative teams, and to adapt to changing institutional priorities.
