Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Budgeting
Formulate comprehensive project schedules, master plans, and detailed BOQ (Bill of Quantities).
Establish financial budgets, cash flow projections, and cost-control measures.
Conduct feasibility studies and analyze site development potential.

Execution & Site Oversight
Lead end-to-end civil and structural execution across multiple project sites.
Oversee contractors, subcontractors, and site engineering teams to maintain high productivity.
Monitor quality standards, safety protocols (EHS), and material logistics on-site.

Statutory & Regulatory Compliance
Secure necessary zoning permissions, local municipal clearances, and statutory approvals (fire, safety, environmental, and RERA).
Ensure adherence to local building codes and legal guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Coordinate smoothly with architects, structural designers,



MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) consultants, and legal teams.
Oversee vendor negotiations, billing verification, and contract management.
Provide regular MIS reports and milestone updates to senior management and investors.

Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture; MBA or Post-Graduation in Project Management preferred.
Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of RCC construction, finishing works, local zoning laws, and contract negotiations.
Software Literacy: Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and ERP/CRM tracking systems.
Leadership: Solid crisis management, vendor coordination, and cross-functional team management capabilities.
