Job Description:

Responsible for the remote installation, configuration and testing of managed services equipment for new customers and replacement equipment for existing customers. Acts in compliance with industry and Company technical requirements, standards, policies and procedures. Works under general supervision and may require training and detailed instructions for assigned tasks.

Skills Required:

- Positive Communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in last mile access network and network elements routers
- Good understanding of telecom processes
- Basic understanding of telecom technologies such FTTB FTTN VDSL Copper GPON etc.




- Exposure of working on Provisioning configuration of Telecom services
Readiness to work in shifts
- Experience in the design, configuration and telecom systems, hardware and software applications.
- Understanding of switching systems, cabling and fiber optics.
- Knowledge of network topology
- Cisco Platforms 78xx, 65xx, firewalls, routers, switches would be added advantage
- LAN, WAN, WLAN infrastructures
- Protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP, SMTP, NTP, SNMP, VoIP
- ATM, MPLS, Frame Relay, and Metro Ethernet
