Key Responsibilities (KRA):

1. Lead Generation & Calling

• Identify and connect with potential distributors, retailers, corporate clients, and Institutional

buyers.

• Make outbound calls to pitch Canjuice’s product line and bulk ordering options.

• Maintain a structured follow-up process to maximize conversion rates.

2. Sales & Order Procurement

• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable product offerings.

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and order quantities to close deals.

• Ensure smooth coordination between clients and the internal team for order fulfillment.

3. Relationship Management

• Build and maintain solid relationships with key buyers and decision-makers.

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

• Identify opportunities for repeat orders and referrals.

4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

• Keep track of industry trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities.





• Provide feedback to the team on market demands and bulk buyer expectations.

• Share Buyer Feedback with the internal team for new product development.

5. Reporting & Performance Tracking

• Maintain call logs, client interactions, and sales reports.

• Share progress updates with the sales/management team.

6. WhatsApp Marketing & Social Media Sales

• Post daily WhatsApp stories showcasing Canjuice products, offers, and

testimonials.

• Send personalized WhatsApp messages to potential bulk buyers and maintain

engagement.

• Respond to inquiries and guide prospects toward bulk purchases.
