Description
We are seeking an experienced Tableau Admin to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing Tableau Server environments, ensuring optimal performance, and providing user support.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Tableau Server infrastructure.
- Install, configure, and upgrade Tableau Server and Tableau Desktop.
- Monitor server performance and user activity.
- Implement security protocols and user access control.
- Create and manage Tableau users, groups, and permissions.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Tableau Server and provide user support.
- Optimize performance of Tableau workbooks and dashboards.
- Develop and maintain documentation for Tableau processes and procedures.

Skills and Qualifications




- 6-12 years of experience in Tableau administration or related fields.
- Solid knowledge of Tableau Server architecture and administration.
- Experience with SQL and database management systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.
- Proficient in data visualization best practices and dashboard design.
- Familiarity with server operating systems (Windows/Linux) and network protocols.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
