We are seeking a highly skilled skilled to interpret briefs and create high-quality, functional Java-based applications according to specifications. This role involves active participation in design, implementation, and ensuring code alignment with project objectives, working closely with the Product Manager/Architect to define deliverables, and potentially mentoring a team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Interpret briefs to create high-quality code that functions according to specifications.
- Design, create, and implement Java-based applications.
- Determine application functions and objectives collaboratively with the team.
- Ensure that written code aligns with the project objectives.
- Work closely with the Product Manager/Architect to define deliverables.
- Mentor and motivate the team to achieve project deadlines (if applicable).
- Develop code for complex modules and work with the Lead to define product architecture (if applicable).
- Adhere to coding guidelines and ensure that the team follows them.
- Conduct code reviews based on agreed-upon guidelines.




- Assist fellow agile team members and customers with problem reporting and resolution and maintaining appropriate follow-up & communications throughout the defect resolution process.
- Participate in all SCRUM events, including Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning, daily stand-up, and Sprint Review.

Technical Expertise & Tools:
- Possess hands-on experience in Docker, Kubernetes, AWS.
- Have a good knowledge of Object-Oriented and Cloud-native computing design patterns.
- Have working knowledge of CI/CD.
- Have working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and Source Control like GitLab.

Requirements:
