Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead) Organization Background

The End User Computing (EUC) Engineering team is responsible for building and managing enterprise platforms that enable the complete lifecycle management of end-user devices, including application packaging, software deployment, patch management, endpoint monitoring, automation, asset management, and operational analytics.

We develop scalable, cloud-native, and automation-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, enhance user experience, and accelerate service delivery for caregivers and business partners across the organization.

What Will You Be Responsible For?

Design, architect, and develop enterprise-grade full-stack applications that support End User Computing products and services.
Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.
Lead technical design and architecture discussions while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and business goals.
Develop modern web applications using C#, .NET, ReactJS,



REST APIs, databases, and cloud-native technologies.
Drive DevOps practices including CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, automated testing, monitoring, and release automation.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a small team of engineers.
Establish and promote engineering best practices, design standards, code quality, security, and operational excellence.
Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and platform modernization.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, Program Managers, and business stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and deliver business value.
Support production systems, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

What Would Your Day Look Like?

Design and build full-stack applications using ReactJS, C#, ASP.NET Core, APIs, Azure services, and up-to-date engineering frameworks.
