Role Summary

We are seeking a forward-looking Lead Full Stack Developer to design, build, and scale cloud-native applications leveraging Java, Spring Boot, Angular, AWS technologies, and modern software engineering practices. The ideal candidate is a strong full-stack engineer with deep expertise across backend services, modern web application development, distributed systems, and cloud-native architectures. The role also requires familiarity with AI-assisted development practices and an interest in incorporating AI-powered capabilities into business solutions where appropriate. The ideal candidate is a self-driven engineering professional who demonstrates strong ownership, sound technical judgment, and the ability to deliver results with minimal oversight. This individual will lead by example, proactively identify and address challenges, effectively communicate across stakeholders, and mentor team members while contributing hands-on to the design, development, and delivery of mission-critical applications.





Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-native applications using AWS services and modern engineering practices.
Design, develop, and maintain contemporary web applications using Angular, TypeScript, and contemporary frontend development practices.
Build responsive, performant, and user-friendly experiences in partnership with product owners and business stakeholders.
Develop scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices-based architectures.
Contribute across the full technology stack, from user interfaces through APIs, business services, cloud infrastructure, and production support.
Implement best practices for cloud architecture, security, observability, performance, and resiliency.
Automate deployment, monitoring, and management of cloud applications.
