InboxKit is the cold email infrastructure platform behind up-to-date outbound teams. We provide mailbox provisioning, domain and DNS management, warmup, inbox placement testing, and AI-powered reply automation the deliverability layer that agencies, founders, and outbound sales teams run their outreach on. We sell primarily into the US market and we are growing quickly.
The Role
You will own paid acquisition for InboxKit in the US market, end to end strategy, channels, creative, landing pages, and the reporting that ties spend to pipeline. You will start with a monthly budget, and we expect that to grow as the channel proves out.
This is a lead role reporting directly to the COO. You will be the person accountable for paid performance, with the autonomy to decide where the money goes.
What success looks like in six months: a repeatable paid engine that produces qualified US pipeline at a CAC we are happy to scale, with attribution clean enough that we trust the numbers. Paid comes first SEO and lifecycle matter,



but they are not what this hire is measured on in the first two quarters.
What You Will Do
Own paid acquisition for the US market across LinkedIn, Meta, and Google planning, launching, and optimising campaigns.
Manage the paid budget, allocating across channels for return.
Own targeting, bidding, creative, and reporting for every campaign you run.
Design and direct ad creative across formats and platforms.
Own the landing page experience built specifically to convert paid traffic.
Run structured A/B tests on copy, creative, landing pages, and audience segments.
Set up conversion tracking, UTMs, and attribution in GA4 so spend ties to pipeline.
Run retargeting and lifecycle campaigns to lift lead-to-trial and trial-to-paid conversion.
Work with outbound and sales to keep inbound lead quality aligned to ICP and revenue targets.
Build and execute SEO keyword research, on-page optimisation, and backlink acquisition.
