We are seeking an experienced Client Relations Associate to join our team in New Delhi. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for our clients, driving satisfaction, managing high-value relationships, and closing deals to drive long-term business growth.

Job Summary

The Client Relations Associate will focus on client relationship management, consultative sales, and deal closing within a fast-paced startup setting. You will qualify incoming inquiries, propose tailored artist solutions, handle negotiations,



and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service execution and high customer retention.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, nurturing positive, long-term relationships with brands, agencies, corporate clients, event organizers, and partners.
* Onboard recent clients, guiding them through platform features, services, and booking procedures.
* Gather ongoing client feedback to advocate for customer needs and drive repeat business.

Sales Execution & Deal Closing

* Consistently achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets through proactive communication and strong closing techniques.
* Qualify leads by analyzing client requirements, event timelines, budgets, and business objectives.
* Present customized proposals, recommend appropriate artists/influencers, negotiate commercials, and overcome client objections using a consultati
