About the Role
Utsaha Technologies is looking for an experienced Senior Python Developer with strong expertise in building scalable SaaS applications within the Healthcare domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in backend development, microservices architecture, and cloud deployment on AWS.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python
Build secure REST APIs using Django and FastAPI
Develop and manage microservices architecture
Deploy and manage applications on AWS
Work on multi-tenant SaaS platforms
Ensure healthcare data security and compliance (HIPAA knowledge preferred)
Optimize database performance (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams




Write clean, testable, and maintainable code
Participate in architecture discussions and code reviews

Required Skills:
Strong proficiency in Python and MongoDB
Hands-on experience with Django and FastAPI
Experience in Microservices Architecture
Valuable exposure to AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, ECS)
Experience building SaaS-based applications
Strong knowledge of REST API design and security
Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines
Solid understanding of relational databases

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Healthcare / HealthTech projects
Knowledge of HIPAA compliance standards
Experience with serverless architecture
Good communication and problem-solving skills
