Job Summary:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to turn data into clear,
actionable insights for strategic and operational decision-making. The ideal
candidate is skilled in Power BI and SQL (minimum 1 year of hands-on
experience), with a strong analytical mindset. Python is a plus, not a must.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power
BI to effectively communicate data insights to stakeholders.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand analytical
requirements and deliver impactful data-driven solutions.
* Monitor data integrity and continuously optimize reporting processes.
* Perform ad-hoc analysis to answer specific business questions and provide
insights.
* Extract, transform, and analyze data using SQL to support business reporting
and decision-making processes.

Qualifications and Experience:

* Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business




Analytics, or related field.
* Proven experience with SQL queries, database management, and data
manipulation.
* Hands-on experience with Power BI for creating dashboards, visualizations,
and reports.
* Basic understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
* Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and
present clear insights.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced
environment.

Preferred (Optional) Skills:

* Familiarity or experience with Python for data analysis and scripting.
* Salesforce Reporting is preferred but not mandatory.
* Knowledge of advanced analytics and statistical methods.
