Principal Activities:

* Monitor, manage, and analyses master data to ensure accuracy, consistency,
and integrity. Establish and track data-quality metrics, identify data
defects, and implement corrective actions to continuously improve data
quality.
* Create, update, and maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) while
collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with
business and operational requirements.
* Support the successful execution of various projects, demonstrating
flexibility, problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to changing
business priorities.
* Manage the maintenance, accuracy, and organization of spare part kits,
ensuring information remains complete and up to date.
* Maintain and consolidate weekly Sales KPIs, ensuring timely updates to team
dashboards and providing clear visibility of sales performance.
* Act as an owner for driving process and business improvements, delivering
internal training, coordinating system enhancements, and managing the
planning, approval, testing, and implementation of changes.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge Skills & Abilities:

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
* 2–5 years of experience in data quality, master data, sales operations, sales
support, CRM/ERP data management, or a related analytical operations role.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a
technology-oriented mindset and ability to work effectively with business
applications and data.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to build
complex spreadsheets, analyses data, and utilize advanced formulas and
functions.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a strong focus on
accuracy and attention to detail.
* Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
