Doc Controller

Why This Role Matters:
We’re looking for a motivated Consultant to provide critical project, proposal, and document control support across ERM’s Liability Portfolio Management and Remediation (LPMR) business. In this role, you’ll help ensure projects run smoothly from proposal development through execution and close‑out, supporting strong financial controls, high‑quality deliverables, and effective collaboration across teams.

Your work will directly support Project Managers, finance teams, and business developers, helping ERM deliver complex sustainability and remediation projects efficiently and consistently.

You’ll play a key role in supporting project delivery and business development activities by coordinating financial tracking, proposal content, contract documentation, and project close‑out processes. Your attention to detail and ability to manage priorities will help teams stay organized, compliant, and responsive to both client and internal needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Project & Financial Support
- Support project progress and financial reviews, including time tracking, budget monitoring, and rate checks
- Prepare weekly or monthly project status updates
- Assist Project Managers with contract documentation and evidence for out‑of‑scope client requests
- Support invoice preparation, approval confirmation, and escalation of issues as needed
- Follow up on payments where not managed by Accounts Payable

Proposal & Business Development Support
- Support proposal preparation, including case studies, CV formatting, templates, standard chapters,
