Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design and delivery of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Serve as SME for one or more HCM modules: Core HR, ORC, Help Desk, Absence, Talent, Compensation or Security.
- Design and review complex integrations using HDL, HCM Extracts, REST/SOAP APIs, OIC, and third-party platforms.
- Architect reporting solutions using BI Publisher, OTBI, dashboards, and analytics.
- Lead quarterly Oracle release assessment, impact analysis, testing, and deployment planning.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive root-cause resolution.
- Partner with stakeholders, product owners, HR, Payroll, and IT teams to define future-state solutions.




- Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Review designs and deliverables produced by junior consultants and vendors.
- Manage Oracle SRs and coordinate with Oracle support for critical issues.
- Ensure compliance with SOX, audit, security, and change-management requirements.

Required Skills:
Functional:
- Deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud architecture.
- Expertise in enterprise and workforce structures.
- Robust understanding of HR business processes and employee lifecycle.
- Experience with approval workflows, security profiles, data roles, and AORs.
- Knowledge of Redwood capabilities and Oracle roadmap.
