What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of 3-5 developers, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams.
- Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services.
- Participate in product discussions, architecture planning, and technical decision-making.
- Conduct code reviews and guide team members on best development practices.
- Stay updated with the latest development trends and technologies.
Required Skills:
- 3-4 years of experience in Full Stack Development.
- Proven experience leading a team of at least 3-5 developers.:
- Strong experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with React.js and Node.js.
- Good understanding of REST APIs and backend architecture.
- Experience with PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with Git and up-to-date development workflows.
- Understanding of cloud platforms and deployment processes.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Nice to Have
- Experience with React Native.
- Experience in SwiftUI or iOS/Mobile App Development _(optional)_.
- Exposure to Web3 or blockchain technologies.
- Previous experience in a startup or product-based company.
