Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Intern to join our India warehouse team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in daily warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics support, and process coordination. You will work closely with warehouse supervisors and operational teams to learn end-to-end warehouse workflows, support productive storage, handling, and dispatch of goods, and gain practical skills in supply chain and warehouse management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in receiving, checking, counting, and documenting incoming goods in accordance with warehouse standards.

2. Support daily inventory operations: sorting, labeling, shelving, stacking, and organizing products safely and accurately.

3. Help with order picking, packing, and preparation for outbound shipments to ensure timely dispatch.

4. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse, workstations, and storage areas.

5. Assist in basic inventory checking and stock counting to ensure data consistency.

Operate basic warehouse tools and equipment under guidance (e.g., scanner, hand pallet truck).

7. Follow warehouse safety rules, operational procedures, and quality standards.

8. Support administrative tasks: recording data, updating logs, filing documents, and coordinating with team members.

9. Complete other reasonable tasks assigned by warehouse supervisor.

Requirements

1. 2026 Recent graduate (Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Business Administration preferred).

2. Basic understanding of warehouse operations or logistics is a plus.

3. Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

4. Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions and work in a team.

5. Basic English reading and writing skills; local language proficiency required.

6. Able to work on-site full-time and commit to the required internship period.

7. Positive learning attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and reliability.
