Job Title: Sr/Lead Java Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with strong expertise in backend application development and distributed systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing and developing scalable, high-performance applications using Java and modern cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications.
- Build and enhance Microservices using Spring Boot and REST APIs.
- Lead technical discussions, perform code reviews, and mentor team members.
- Develop cloud-native applications on AWS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
- Follow DevOps and CI/CD best practices.

Required Skills

- 5-7 years of experience in Java development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java 8/11/17 and Core Java.




- Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, and Hibernate.
- Robust knowledge of Microservices Architecture and REST APIs.
- Experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, SQS, and SNS.
- Good understanding of SQL, database design, and NoSQL databases.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.
- Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Strong understanding of OOPs, Data Structures, Algorithms, Design Patterns, Multithreading, and Concurrency.
- Experience with Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and code quality tools like SonarQube.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Terraform and Helm.
- Exposure to Redis, Cassandra, or MongoDB.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Prior experience leading technical teams or mentoring developers.
