This is an individual contributor role with significant autonomy and direct influence over high-scale consumer product experiences.
You will own core platform journeys spanning onboarding, activation, content, market experiences, and personalized interfaces.
A major focus will be using AI, recommendations, and generative experiences to make products more relevant and intuitive for users.
You will work closely with engineering, design, data, business, search, recommendation, and LLM teams to turn advanced technology into practical user value.
The role combines strong product strategy with hands-on execution, experimentation, analytics, and continuous optimization.
You will help shape experiences that improve conversion, engagement, and long-term user activation across a global digital platform.

Accountabilities:
Own and drive core consumer-facing platform experiences across the homepage, user center, AI-powered generative interfaces, market pages, and related site operations.
Manage platform content, localization, compliance tracking, and configuration requirements to ensure consistent and high-quality user experiences.
Design, launch, and continuously optimize onboarding flows and end-to-end user journeys to improve recent-user conversion and activation.
Apply strong UI/UX principles and design thinking to create intuitive, engaging, and scalable consumer product experiences.
Develop and iterate personalization and recommendation strategies that deliver relevant content based on user context, behavior, and needs.
Partner with engineering teams to build and improve personalization engines, recommendation capabilities, and adaptive generative UI ex
