- Understand the project requirements from leader or lead member.
- Identify B and C class components — customized or standard engineering products.
- Understand priority from leader or lead member.
- Be responsible for procurement — indent release, LOI, purchase order creation for B and C class components.
- Do costing of B and C class components.
- Monitor and review delivery schedules based on micro plan.
- Comply with Quality Management Systems.
- Escalate issues to lead members and leader.
- Visit vendor for follow-up and review.
- Process knowledge of manufacturing parts.
Job Requirements :
- 3-9 years of experience in procurement operations, vendor management, costing, and delivery tracking of B & C class components. Involvement in cross-functional coordination, quality systems, manufacturing processes, and negotiation strategies.
