The organisation owns the web & mobile platforms, engineering delivery for consumer-facing journeys, shared design systems, performance, accessibility and AI-native engineering practices that help product teams deliver consistent, reusable, high-quality consumer experiences across the globe.
The Lead Quality Engineer is responsible for defining quality strategy, shaping test architecture, driving automation excellence and enabling high-quality, accessible,



high-performing and reliable consumer-facing digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.
What you will do:
Define and drive quality engineering strategy aligned with product, engineering, and business goals.
Design and govern scalable test automation frameworks for web, mobile, API, and end-to-end testing.
Establish risk-based testing approaches and quality processes across multiple product teams.
Drive quality planning, test strategy definition, and execution across the software delivery lifecycle.
Build and maintain automated regression, integration, API, and end-to-end test suites.
Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and Architecture teams to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle.
Drive accessibility validation and ensure compliance with WCAG standards across digital experiences.
Lead cross-browser, cross-device, and responsive experience testing for consumer-facing applications.
