We are looking for an experienced Java Tech Lead to lead a high-performing engineering squad responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable enterprise applications. The role combines hands-on technical expertise with team leadership, architectural guidance, and stakeholder management.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, ReactJS, MongoDB, Kafka, and CI/CD, along with proven experience mentoring engineers and driving high-quality software delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a squad of Java engineers through solution design, development, testing, and delivery.
Design and develop scalable microservices and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards, design principles, and architectural best practices.
Contribute hands-on to complex development tasks and technical problem-solving.




Support full-stack feature delivery using ReactJS where required.
Design, optimise, and maintain MongoDB and relational database schemas and queries.
Guide the team on Kafka integration and event-driven architecture practices.
Drive and improve CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and modern engineering practices.
Collaborate with solution architects, product owners, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders.
Estimate development effort, support sprint planning, and ensure timely delivery of commitments.
Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers through technical guidance, reviews, and knowledge sharing.
Identify technical risks, dependencies, performance issues, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Communicate technical decisions, project status, risks, and delivery progress to stakeholders and onshore teams.
