Key Responsibilities

- Provide L1 & L2 application and technical support to customers.
- Troubleshoot application, server, network, camera, and connectivity issues.
- Monitor application services, dashboards, and system health.
- Analyze logs and troubleshoot application-related issues.
- Handle application installation, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Support Docker-based applications and services.
- Troubleshoot basic API, gateway, and integration-related issues.
- Coordinate with Development, DevOps, and Engineering teams for issue resolution.
- Manage support tickets and ensure timely resolution as per SLA.
- Support CCTV/IP camera, NVR, and VMS integrations.
- Excellent knowledge of database queries, data validation, and performing necessary updates in the database
- Provide remote and on-site technical support at customer locations.
- Travel to customer sites for installation, Deployment, troubleshooting, and support as required.

Required Skills




- 2+ years of experience in Application Support / Technical Support / IT Support.
- Hands-on experience in L1 & L2 support.
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
- Coordinate and manage escalated issues in collaboration with the Senior Engineering Team.
- Positive knowledge of Ubuntu.
- Good working knowledge of Python.
- Working knowledge of SQL/database concepts.
- Good knowledge of Docker and containerized applications.
- Understanding of API, Gateway, logs, and application troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of CCTV/IP cameras, NVR, or VMS is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualification B.Tech/B.E./BCA/MCA in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
