OneCarat Technologies is looking for a Technical Solutions Engineer to join our growing team and work across AI Infrastructure, Data Center Infrastructure, Optical Networking ,Advanced Cooling Solutions and more.
We’re looking for someone with 2–4 years of experience who is technically strong, curious about emerging infrastructure technologies, and comfortable working closely with customers, OEMs and the sales team.
? Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical pre-sales discussions and understand customer requirements
- Translate customer requirements into appropriate technical solutions
- Prepare and review BOMs, BOQs, technical proposals and solution documentation
- Work closely with customers during technical discussions, presentations and solution evaluations
- Coordinate with OEM partners for product training, certifications and technical enablement
- Stay updated on new technology offerings, product developments and OEM solutions
- Support the sales team in customer meetings, solution positioning, proposals and deal closure
- Coordinate with OEMs and internal teams to address customer technical requirements
- Assist with Proof of Concepts (PoCs), technical evaluations and deployments
- Develop strong technical understanding of OneCarat's evolving infrastructure portfolio
? Preferred Technical ExpertiseExperience or working knowledge in one or more of the following:
- Optical Networking & Transceivers (SFP, QSFP, etc.)
- Advanced / Liquid Cooling Solutions
- Data Center Rack Infrastructure
- Intelligent Rack & Power Solutions
- AI Infrastructure
- Networking & Data Center Infrastructure
- Connectivity Solutions

- 2–4 years of relevant experience
- Engineering/technical background preferred
- Robust analytical and problem-solving ability
- Good communication and customer-facing skills
- Ability to understand technical requirements and convert them into solutions
- Comfortable working with OEMs, customers and sales teams
- Strong willingness to learn emerging technologies
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings, OEM training and site visits
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing startup environment
