Job Summary-

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with 13+ years of IT experience and a robust background in Java-based application development and project delivery. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, drive end-to-end project execution, manage stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of enterprise-grade applications. The candidate should possess strong technical expertise in Java technologies along with proven project management and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities -

Project Management

- Lead and manage multiple software development projects throughout the project lifecycle.
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, resource planning, and risk management strategies.
- Ensure on-time, within-budget, and high-quality delivery of projects.
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Manage project governance, escalation management, and change requests.

Technical Leadership




- Drive architecture discussions and technical solutioning for enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, QA teams, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders.
- Review technical designs and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Support modernization and digital transformation initiatives.

Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact between business users, clients, and technical teams.
- Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct steering committee meetings and executive-level presentations.

Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate development teams.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives, and Reviews.
- Manage team performance, resource allocation, and career development.

Risk & Quality Management
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Ensure compliance with SDLC, quality standards, and security guidelines.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
